This is the second Designer Series 2013 polish, a charcoal gray filled with silver differrent sized glitter. It dries matte, and slightly rough, but I wouldn't call it textured.

The photos below are with a glossy top coat, which deepends the look of the polish, and makes it look darker. It's very beautiful, but I actually prefer it matte, it looks more unique when matte.
