Adorable Bows

I have been sent some adorable nail confetti from Bundle Monster to try out!

I paired these cute bows with OPI - Muir Muir On The Wall. I am so into dark colors right now, and Muir Muir On The Wall is one of my favorite shades from last years fall collection from OPI. It's so GORGEOUS!

 

The confetti bows were very easy to attach, I simply added them to the nail while the top coat was still wet, and slightly pressed them in.

They look adorable on the nail, however, they did not last very long... Since these confetti things are so thin and small I expected them to lay flat on the nail, or atleast bend to fit the nail. But they didn't, now, I do have quite curved nail beds, so if you have flatter nails they might work better. 

But they popped off within 15 minutes of wearing them... The edges of the bows stuck out and snagged on everything, even though I added a big blob of top coat over them, which made them pop off. Which is really too bad, since they are so cute! I was thinking though, maybe I could try bending them a little, like over a pen or something? And then attach them to the nail. I am going to try that and let you know how it works!

It was nice while it lasted though! The worst part is that I did this manicure right before going out to dinner, the bows popped off on my way there, and I had a chipped manicure the rest of the night :-S
