Shimmer - Leslie

Shimmer Polish - Leslie swatch review

I have been sent some beautiful Shimmer polishes to try out, and I am psyched! I've been drooling over the gorgeous Shimmers for a really long time, the only reason I haven't bought any yet, is because I haven't been able to decide which ones to get! I want them all :p

Today I am showing you the beautiful Shimmer - Leslie! Leslie is a clear base polish packed with purple, blue and turquoise glitters, gold turquoise and red micro glitter and blue hexes!

Application was easier than I expected! The glitter spread out evenly but I did do some dabbing in order to make sure it completely covered on the third coat.

In the picture above and below you can see how it builds up opacity. Index is one coat, middle two coats, ring and pinky is completely covered with three coats. So you can see that this polish is very versatile, wear it on it's own at one coat for a sheer glitter style, layer it over other colors or wear it on it's own with three coats for a full on glitter bomb manicure!

I can also see this as being perfect for glitter gradients, with the glitter density and different sized glitters it is going to look gorgeous!
