Paulina is one of the few in the nail art community I feel I have gotten to know a little bit. I am not the most "social" in this community, so I don't really know a lot of people, but I have spoken a little to Paulina and from our conversations and through reading her blog it is obvious that Paulina is a gorgeous person!
I am in love with everything she does in nail art, her manicures are an inspiration, and always perfect!
I am so happy Paulina wanted to do a guest post for me while I'm away, and she has the honor of finishing up this guest post fest ;)

Hi everyone. My name is Paulina and I am the owner of the Paulina’s Passions blog. I was so excited when Lisa asked me to be a guest blogger on her blog, while she is on holidays. I have been following Polished Elegance for a while now and it’s one of my favorite blogs! Lisa makes the most elegant (just as the name suggest), classy, feminine nails ever. Her nail arts are always perfectly finished and photos look very neat. I LOVE everything she does and admire her work. What an honor to be a guest blogger here.

I wanted to make something special for this
guest post and something that would match the Polished Elegance blog. I had a
few designs in mind, but every time my thoughts were wandering to the floral
theme and I went with it.
What is more elegant than red nails with
golden flowers? The base, which I used for this design, is OPI Big Apple Red. I
had this nail polish for a while, but haven’t tried it and when I put two coats
of this gorgeous red shade I was amazed. It’s such a classy, deep and beautiful
red.
Then I took my thin nail art brush and
black and gold acrylic paint. I started with black outlines and when they were
dry I filled them in with gold. When the gold paint was dry, I went over the
black lines again. At the end I added two coats of Seche Vite top coat and
that’s it.
What do you think of these? Do you think they
match Lisa’s elegant blog? I honestly loved wearing these nails. I felt so
classy with this red color. I have never been drawn to red nails, but maybe
from this day on I will wear red nail polish more often.
Thank you, Lisa for inviting me to your
blog. It was a great honor to be part of Polished Elegance. Have fun on your
holidays and come back to us quickly J
In the meantime I invite all your readers
to Paulina’s Passions blog. I hope you will find something nice in there.
