KBShimmer - Elle

I went crazy shopping at Harlow & Co a little while ago, they had 20% off KBShimmer polishes, which is one of my favorite indie brands, and I thought it was an exellent opportunity to get some from my wishlist!

KBShimmer - Elle was on my wishlish, and I'm sure you understand why, isn't it pretty? I love pink and gray together, my entire apartment is white, pink and gray, lol.

This is one coat of Elle over two coats of IsaDora - Chateau Grey. It's a gray jelly packed with glitter, pink hexes in two sizes, tiny pink, square white and silver hexes. The polish is really densely packed with glitter, like I said this is one easy coat, and I decided to layer it over a gray because I didn't want more glitter on my nails. I like it like this :)

To add a little extra I taped off my ring and thumb and applied Essie - Castaway.

I needed two coats of top coat to smooth it all out. However, I feel Poshé, which is my top coat of choice, is slightly thin, and a thicker top coat such as Seche Vite might need only one coat.

I've been sick for almost a week, so I'm feeling a little behind on blogging, but hopefully I'm getting better and will be back on track soon!
